Millennium and Fuse communication is down or tickets numbers are not being generated:
Note: On the Millennium Server or a client machine, there is an installed service that facilitates communcation between Fuse and the Millennium Database. This service is set to run and to check Fuse (in the cloud) for any new Gift certificates flagged to be input into the Millennium database.
Symptoms to identify issue: Fuse gift certificates are not appearing in Millennium, when they previously did.

1. Check to see if we have noted the time/date stamp of the last communciation by logging into the org id, clicking on the Setup tab, click the Harms Millennium, on the left, under tasks.
Note the last communcation time date stamp.
