Resending Password (Reviews)
This feature can be used when a client enters a review, but cannot remember their password, when choosing "I am a returning client" as the option on the page. When a client enters their info for the first time, they are asked if they are a first time client or returning client. The email address and password feature will only appear if they choose they are a "Returning Client.
- The client will enter a review and enter the security code:
- They hit Submit and choose they are a "Returning Client" and enter their email address and their password (or what they think is their password).
- When they realize it is the wrong password, they choose the button saying "Send New Password"
- The system will resend a password to the email address they entered in. It will also give support info just in case this process does not work.
